How Burning Bridges Trend handles your account, photos, videos and payments
Last updated
This policy explains what information Burning Bridges Trend ("we", "us"), operated by Huan Lin, an individual developer based in Hong Kong, collects when you use burningbridgestrend.org, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.
We use this information to create and secure your account, generate and store your videos, process payments and keep your credit balance accurate, send account emails (such as email verification and password reset), answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
We use these providers to run Burning Bridges Trend. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us:
These providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
We use cookies and browser storage needed to run the site, such as keeping you signed in and remembering display preferences. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: it sets its own cookies and receives information such as the pages you view, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We use it only for statistics, not for advertising, and we do not use advertising cookies. The checkout page of our payment provider may set its own cookies when you pay. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand page visits, clicks, scrolling, and device/browser information through heatmaps and session replay. Clarity uses cookies and other tracking technologies. We mask page content in Clarity recordings to protect account details, uploaded photos and generated results; the recordings still show interaction patterns and page layout. Microsoft processes this usage data under its Privacy Statement.
We also use PostHog to measure the same kind of usage: pages viewed, clicks, the steps of creating and buying a video, and session replays with all page text and form fields masked. When you are signed in, PostHog links your visits to an internal account ID (never your email address or name), and our server tells PostHog when an order is paid, refunded or disputed, so we can see the whole journey from first visit to purchase. PostHog sets a first-party cookie and local storage entry (names starting with ph_). You can block it with browser privacy controls or a tracking blocker.
You can delete your account in Settings → Security. You may need to sign in again first, and deletion is not available while a video is still being generated. When you delete your account:
Copies may remain for a limited time in provider backups and logs, and with Kie.ai under its own retention practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can update your profile in Settings, delete your account yourself, or email support@burningbridgestrend.org for any other request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Burning Bridges Trend is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account. Photos of minors may not be uploaded.
We use encrypted connections, private storage, expiring links and access checks to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details private.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
