FAQ
Pricing questions
How much does one Burning Bridges video cost?
Every video is 15 seconds long, landscape 16:9 and with sound, made from one photo with ByteDance Seedance 2.5. It costs 100 credits with Standard 480p or 220 credits with HD 720p (credit packs start at $9.99 for 100 credits). The exact credit cost is shown before you generate.
How many videos does a credit pack make?
Packs are sold in credits, not videos: $9.99 buys 100 credits (about 1 Standard 480p video), $24.99 buys 300 credits (about 3 Standard 480p videos or 1 HD 720p video), $69.99 buys 1000 credits (about 10 Standard 480p videos or 4 HD 720p videos). Leftover credits stay in your balance.
Is there a free trial or free credits?
No. There is no free tier and new accounts do not get signup credits. The smallest pack is $9.99 for 100 credits.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credit packs are one-time payments. Nothing renews and you are never charged again unless you buy another pack.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your balance until you use them. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account.
What happens if a video fails to render?
Credits are held when you start a video and only charged when it is ready. If the render fails, the held credits go back to your balance automatically.
How can I pay?
Checkout is run by our reseller and merchant of record, Link (by Stripe). You can pay with a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or another method offered at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, and any sales tax or VAT for your country is added at checkout. On your card or bank statement the charge shows as LINK.COM* BURNINGBRIDG. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund on a credit pack?
No. Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable, except where the law that applies to you requires otherwise. The only refund is automatic: if a video fails, its credits return to your balance. If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, email support for a review.
